Jarwin finished the regular season with 27 catches on 36 targets for 307 yards and three touchdowns.

Analysis: He played in all 16 games, but it wasn't until Geoff Swaim broke his wrist that Jarwin got a chance to shine. His 119-yard, three-TD performance against the Giants in Week 17 obviously stands out, but Jarwin saw at least seven targets in three of the Cowboys' final four regular-season games as he earned Dak Prescott's trust at the sticks and down the seam. Swaim is a free agent in the offseason, but even if he returns to Dallas, Jarwin should be the favorite to take the top spot on the tight end depth chart heading into 2019.

General manager Brandon Beane confirmed this week that the shoulder injury that sidelined Allen for four games during his rookie season has completely healed and should not have any impact on the quarterback's offseason work, Jay Skurski of The Buffalo News reports.

Analysis: Allen validated his health by concluding the season with a bang, throwing for three scores while running in another two in a big win over the Dolphins, taking home AFC Offensive Player of the Week honors in the process. While the big-armed Allen certainly had his ups and downs, he'll enter his second season with plenty of fantasy promise based on his ability to churn out yardage and scores on the ground. His accuracy still needs some work and may always be an issue, and the Bills would benefit by getting more offensive talent around him. Even with only modest offseason personnel changes, however, Allen's dual-threat abilities -- he rushed for 631 yards and eight scores this season -- would be enough to make him an intriguing option for next season.

The Chiefs allowed 38 points and 464 yards of total offense against the Seahawks in Week 16. They will face the Raiders in Sunday's regular season finale.

Analysis: Kansas City was unable to force any turnovers and their three sacks didn't do enough to perturb QB Russell Wilson. The Chiefs rank 31st in total defense (413.1 YPG) and 29th in scoring defense (27.9 PPG), as they have had trouble slowing down even mediocre offenses. One of those offenses awaits in Week 17, yet the Raiders managed to put up 33 points in their previous encounter this season. Kansas City excels at rushing the passer (49 sacks) while Oakland ranks near the bottom of the league with 49 sacks allowed, but that doesn't feel like enough to trust a Chiefs defense that has been routinely burned in 2018.

Published: Wed, Dec 26 at 8:56pm by Rotowire.com

The Patriots held the Bills to 12 points and forced three turnovers in Week 16. They face the Jets in the regular season finale Sunday.

Analysis: New England has now allowed 17 points or fewer in four of the last five games as they get set to take on New York, who hasn't scored fewer than 20 points since the teams' previous meeting Week 12. The Jets rank 29th in total offense (303.2 YPG), but rookie signal caller Sam Darnold has flashed his potential throughout the season, though with understandable consistency. WRs Quincy Enunwa (ankle) and Jermaine Kearse (Achilles) could both end up missing Sunday's game, which would give a major advantage to the Patriots. New England is hardly a safe bet as they face of boom-or-bust offense, but could come through as a solid fantasy option if you don't mind the risk.

Prescott completed 20 of 32 pass attempts for 266 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 30-22 loss to the Rams. He added three rushing yards and another touchdown on two carries.

Analysis: Prescott was asked to do the heavy lifting offensively with Ezekiel Elliott being contained on the ground (20 carries for 47 yards). The 25-year-old did a good job of spreading the ball around after it became apparent that the Rams wanted to key in on Amari Cooper early on. Despite his solid play, Prescott's season comes to an end. The third-year arm finished the regular season with a new career high in passing yards (3,885) with 22 touchdowns and eight interceptions. Still, his numbers pale in comparison to higher-end fantasy quarterbacks, as Prescott's real-life value far exceeds his fantasy output.
